The Keynote Expression (1-2 hours) is based off of a 11-week transformational coaching program. Rooted in the energy of the Northern Lights, this talk explores the power of frequency, alignment, and storytelling to unlock authenticity. Whether attendees are artists, entrepreneurs, or individuals seeking clarity, this experience will offer transformative insights on how to embrace their unique voice and purpose.
Through dynamic visuals, live creative exercises, and thought-provoking discussions, I provide tools to tap into creative flow, overcome imposter syndrome, and cultivate resilience. Attendees will leave feeling reconnected, empowered, and ready to shine their light. A 80-page creative journal that prompts your authentic self-guides each person, a downloadable free tool for your personal journey. It is full of my original art and art created to reflect the emotional investment of self-discovery and the physical connection to how we want to live this lifetime.
